After submitting the Inquiry Form, you’ll receive a proposal within 1-2 business days which includes everything you need to know about the project (inclusions, suggestions, timeline, investment, payment options, and expectations) and a link to book an optional discovery call.
If you decide to move forward with the project, accept the proposal and receive the contract and invoice within 24 hours. All payment plans require a 25% deposit to book the date.

In your onboarding email, you'll receive a link to your Pre-Work Requirements form where you'll find the questionnaires you need to complete for us to get to know more about your business, your target audience, and your goals, which we'll use, together with the data gathered thru research, to write your content and design your website.
You'll also find the link to a Google Drive folder where you can upload all your brand assets such as logo files, brand style guide, and photos/videos. Other requirements will also be listed in the form.

This phase starts with your Website Style Direction, a document where we'll outline the pages, sections, and features or third-party apps we're going to connect to your website, as well as a homepage design that we'll improve until you approve before we design the rest of the pages.
Once design is approved, we'll then build the website on Showit, link to third-party apps, set up SEO, connect your domain, and ensure it's all set for launch.

After our final quality check, we'll send the website to you for review, and when everything's great—you're satisfied and happy with the outcome, we'll send you a Sign-Off Form to complete.
Afterwards, you'll receive your launch graphics (as promised) so you can announce the launch of your new gorgeous website in style! You'll also get a Handoff Kit, which includes everything you need to know to confidently manage your website.
